Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology adoption across all business units
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurointerfaces) for commercial viability
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market readiness
- Present futuristic vision to C-suite and board with data-driven projections
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment by 2026
- Drive organizational change management for future-tech integration
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of advanced technologies
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and investors
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
