Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities and disruptions
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics) and their commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Create compelling future scenarios for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Mentor junior futurists and build an innovation culture across the organization
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and strategic planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to C-level executives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology innovation initiatives
