As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with industry pioneers, academic researchers, and government agencies to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. You'll influence our $2B R&D portfolio and contribute to shaping global technology policy discussions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 innovation milestones
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence for strategic advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, IoT, decentralized systems)
- Establish partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and EU Horizon Europe initiatives
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and strategic investments
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 firms
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies (2019-2023)
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Proven track record scaling innovation from concept to commercial deployment
- Security clearance eligibility (or ability to obtain)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
