Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight strategy aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario planning for technological shifts and their impact on industry verticals
- Design innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for 2026 technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing their technical initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends (2020-2025 experience required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Deep understanding of global technology policy and ethical implications
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
