Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Manage a portfolio of R&D projects focused on 2026 technology horizons
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums
- Foster an innovation culture through workshops and future-visioning sessions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, Web3
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $10M
