Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential for 2026
- Architect scalable frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid computing systems
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year market projections
- Establish governance protocols for ethical AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Direct cross-functional R&D initiatives in biotech convergence and neurotech
- Partner with policymakers to shape regulatory frameworks for next-gen tech
- Present future technology insights to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on future tech adoption
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Experience developing 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar top-tier journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within DARPA, IEEE Future Directions, or similar innovation ecosystems
