Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps with market impact projections and risk assessments
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen interfaces and user experiences
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with direct experience in emerging tech adoption
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products with market validation
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technology trends
- Strong network within DARPA, NSF, or similar innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology forecasting methodologies
