Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 technological horizons
- Architect scalable solutions for quantum-resistant cryptography and autonomous systems
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-computer symbiosis
- Collaborate with NASA, DARPA, and academic partners on next-gen aerospace computing
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
- Secure $5M+ in government grants and venture capital for experimental projects
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits and publish in Nature Technology
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record delivering patented innovations in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized AI
- Experience securing federal research grants (SBIR, STTR) or venture funding
- Publish record in top-tier journals (Science, Nature, IEEE) with 50+ citations
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#)
