Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market shifts across key verticals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum AI and biotech convergence
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry consortium participation
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for emerging technology incubation programs
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and global innovation accelerators
- Mentor a team of 12 futurist researchers and technologists
- Present quarterly disruption briefings to Fortune 500 client executives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published author or keynote speaker at Web Summit, CES, or similar tier-1 events
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of emerging technologies
- Top 1% proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
