Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for our Year 2026 product suite, focusing on neuromorphic computing and generative AI.
- Lead the architecture of distributed systems capable of handling quantum-classical hybrid workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding designers, data scientists, and product managersâto integrate AR/VR interfaces into core products.
- Oversee code quality, system performance, and security protocols to ensure zero-trust architecture standards.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct R&D to evaluate emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline.
Qualifications
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and edge computing.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
