Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI models for the 2026 roadmap.
- Drive research and development in deep learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning to solve complex, unsolved problems.
- Optimize machine learning pipelines for massive scale, ensuring low-latency performance and high availability.
- Collaborate with product strategists to translate futuristic concepts into viable engineering solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Deep experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML systems into production environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
