Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces)
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, sentient AI, climate tech) for competitive advantage
- Partner with VCs and research institutions to identify acquisition targets and IP opportunities
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Build internal 'Future Tech Radar' system for continuous innovation scouting
- Represent company at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, Davos Tech Forum)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Proven track record of scaling tech ecosystems (e.g., led $50M+ digital transformation)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR, decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech solutions with measurable ROI impact
