- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board of directors with data-driven impact projections
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record in deploying production-level quantum algorithms or AGI systems
- Expertise in blockchain consensus mechanisms and post-quantum cryptographic standards
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technology convergence
- Experience scaling tech teams to 200+ engineers across global R&D centers
- Deep familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, and quantum security frameworks
- Fluency in Rust, TensorFlow Quantum, and distributed ledger architectures
