Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent demonstrated expertise in emerging tech
- 10+ years experience in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Published peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science on AI or blockchain
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market deployment
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act, US Innovation Act, and global tech policy
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks
- Top 1% technical aptitude score on HackerRank assessments
