Qualifications

- Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps (5+ year horizon) with measurable outcomes.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear strategic narratives.
- Strong leadership presence, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and strategic planning frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE).
