Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of leading transformative initiatives with multi-year horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field required
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing $10M+ budgets and cross-continental teams
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy or futurism
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
