Responsibilities
- Lead research and scenario planning for 2026 technology trends, analyzing market shifts and disruptive innovations

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Manage cross-functional teams executing technology integration initiatives
- Monitor ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
