Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 18-month milestones
- Lead cross-functional pods of 20+ engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Identify and vet emerging technologies through market analysis and startup partnerships
- Secure $2M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships
- Present strategic briefings to Board of Directors quarterly
- Mentor 10+ innovation champions across the organization
- Drive patent development for breakthrough methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching 3+ enterprise-scale innovations
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
- Fluency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Blue Ocean)
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets
- Strategic certification from Singularity University or MIT
