Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with quantifiable KPIs
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Design predictive frameworks for market disruption scenarios and stakeholder impact analysis
- Champion ethical AI deployment and sustainable technology integration across departments
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 strategic pilot programs with $2M+ annual budgets
- Present findings to C-suite and external partners through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-tech leadership
- Proven track record launching scalable initiatives with measurable industry impact
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AGI, climate-tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Strong background in cross-functional stakeholder management and executive communication
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience managing global remote teams and agile development methodologies
