Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop predictive models for market shifts and technological inflection points post-2025
- Produce high-impact scenario planning frameworks for 2026-2030 strategic initiatives
- Present findings to executive leadership and cross-functional innovation teams
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with trend trajectories
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and predictive modeling tools
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data visualization proficiency
- Published thought leadership in tech or business futurism
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (preferred)
