- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership frameworks published in industry journals and global forums
- Establish cross-functional futures councils with external innovation partners
- Measure and report on strategic initiative adoption and market impact
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend extrapolation
- Proven track record translating future insights into commercial strategies
