Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech and socio-economic trends to develop 2026 industry impact scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation strategies
- Author white papers and trend briefings for C-suite executives and Fortune 500 clients
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-concept solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build our foresight methodology framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing industry trend forecasts
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
