- Author whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers
- Advise product teams on long-term technology integration
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at international forums on future policy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Experience modeling complex systems and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains (quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy
