Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for 2026, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business objectives and market trends.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the development of scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems and cloud infrastructure capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Technical Vision: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into concrete technical strategies and product features.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest industry standards for data privacy.
- Innovation Integration: Evaluate emerging technologies (including quantum computing and neuromorphic engineering) to integrate them into our core product stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or AI development.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
