Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing quantum algorithm research in Nature/Science

- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary research teams in high-pressure environments
