Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems by 2026
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving fault-tolerant thresholds
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Pioneer quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum research breakthroughs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design principles
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Track record of leading quantum hardware-software integration projects
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and coherence time optimization
- Experience securing $5M+ in quantum research funding or grants
