Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures compatible with 2026-era hardware constraints
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise optimization challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Research and mitigate quantum security vulnerabilities in next-gen systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years designing quantum algorithms or error-correction protocols
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and optimization frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and topological qubits
- Experience securing $10M+ quantum research grants or contracts
- Certified in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA-2026)
