Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for 2026 Olympic venue construction and operations
- Coordinate with 50+ international federations and local government agencies
- Manage $500M+ budget with rigorous financial controls and reporting
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for security, logistics, and sustainability
- Lead vendor procurement and contract negotiations for 200+ partners
- Ensure compliance with IOC regulations and local permitting requirements
- Direct crisis response protocols for operational disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in mega-event project management (Olympics/World Cup preferred)
- PMP certification with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams across 3+ time zones
- Expertise in large-scale construction or venue operations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6
- Demonstrated success with budgets exceeding $100M
- Fluency in English and Spanish/French
