- End-to-end logistics planning for 15,000+ athletes and staff across 30 venues
- Coordinate with international federations and local government agencies
- Develop and execute multi-modal transportation networks for 500,000+ daily movements
- Oversee $300M+ vendor management and procurement operations
- Implement AI-driven inventory and asset tracking systems
- Lead crisis response protocols for security and weather contingencies
- Drive zero-waste initiatives across all supply chains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in large-scale event logistics or operations management
- Experience with multi-billion dollar budgets and international projects
- Advanced certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP or CPIM)
- Expertise in sustainability protocols and circular economy principles
- Proven leadership of 50+ cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Mandarin required
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
