- Drive R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and adaptive cybersecurity frameworks

- Mentor emerging innovators through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years of strategic innovation experience
- Proven track record in deploying scalable AI/ML solutions at Fortune 500 level
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AGI safety protocols
- Certifications in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP) or Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ patented innovations with market impact post-2020
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning and technology foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
