Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future solutions
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology readiness and ROI
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout disruptive startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven experience developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., Web3, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and boards
- Published research or thought leadership in technology futures
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
