- Develop 3-5 year strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 market viability potential
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical implementation of disruptive innovations
- Partner with global research institutions to pioneer breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor innovation fellows and build next-gen talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio of published research or patents in forward-looking domains
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
