Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI pipelines
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI transparency and accountability practices
- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in AI applications and mitigation strategies
- Author industry whitepapers and contribute to global AI ethics standards bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or machine learning governance roles
- Expertise in ethical frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, ACM Code of Ethics)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools and fairness metrics (AIF360, IBM Fairness 360)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams
- Strong publication record in ethics/AI journals or conferences
- Deep understanding of generative AI limitations and societal impacts
