Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology solutions
- Analyze emerging market disruptions and identify first-mover opportunities
- Drive R&D partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 10+ years experience in corporate innovation or tech strategy leadership
- Proven track record launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Certified Foresight Professional (CFP) or equivalent strategic planning credential
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and startup partnerships
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level communication
