Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, bio-integrated systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into viable commercial applications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish innovation frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech practices
- Manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology, etc.)
- Track record of launching products/services that redefined industry standards
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong network of connections in global tech innovation ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams through complex transformations
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
