Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for autonomous infrastructure
- Design ethical frameworks for quantum computing integration in financial systems
- Conduct scenario planning for climate adaptation technologies
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Drive patent development for biometric authentication systems
- Manage $1M+ R&D budgets for prototype testing
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen AI safety protocols
Qualifications
- MS/MBA in Technology Innovation, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- 5+ years in strategic planning or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 tech firms
- Published research in AI ethics or sustainable technology (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with quantum computing or blockchain implementation
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized innovations
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret preferred)
