- Build quantitative models forecasting market disruption scenarios
- Champion design thinking workshops for stakeholder alignment on future priorities
- Author thought leadership positioning FutureWorks in next-gen discourse
- Partner with R&D to validate technical feasibility of 2026+ concepts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or future-focused technology roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial roadmaps
- Mastery of scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
