Responsibilities

- Present executive-level future-state briefings to C-suite stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Oversee pilot programs for 2026-viable technologies
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work transformations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futures research
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or related technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ large-scale future-state implementations
- Strong stakeholder management with executive communication skills
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published work in industry journals or major tech publications
