Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record in launching products/technologies with 3+ years market impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Certified in Future Forecasting Methodology (FFM) or equivalent
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries (HIPAA, GDPR)
- MBA or MS in Technology Innovation preferred
- Portfolio of 2026-ready concept designs required
