Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year innovation roadmap for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing climate-positive tech prototypes
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants through strategic partnerships with DARPA/NSF
- Drive implementation of AI ethics frameworks in all product development
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES)
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging tech commercialization strategies
- Optimize R&D budget allocation using predictive analytics models
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Systems, or Sustainable Engineering
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 3+ years leading innovation initiatives
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in government grants
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and B Corp certification standards
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Experience scaling tech from prototype to market-ready solutions
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global collaboration
