- Lead development of 2026 innovation roadmap through market research and trend analysis
- Direct cross-functional teams in executing prototype-to-production initiatives

- Secure and manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimentation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation/strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong stakeholder management with executive presentation skills
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
