Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into R&D pipelines
- Author white papers and trend reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify pre-emptive investment opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging tech implementation
- Monitor geopolitical and climate variables affecting future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in trend analysis or innovation strategy at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patented innovations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
