Qualifications
- PhD in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in technology architecture or strategic innovation roles

- Proven track record of launching disruptive solutions
- Proficient in futures modeling tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
