Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 Horizon ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable, high-performance systems integrating Quantum-ready protocols.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential for integration into our core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Research to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and reliability standards are met across all platforms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as Spatial Computing, AI Agents, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
