Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Trend Reports analyzing disruptive technologies, geopolitical shifts, and market catalysts
- Design strategic roadmaps for 5-10 year horizon initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions for enterprise clients
- Establish foresight frameworks using scenario planning, horizon scanning, and data modeling techniques
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor forums with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists and build industry thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 or tech disruptors
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, climate engineering) and ethical implications
- Proven ability to quantify intangibles through predictive modeling and probabilistic forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Executive communication skills translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-proofing initiatives
