Your work will directly influence product development, market expansion, and investment priorities for the 2026 horizon and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) through 2026+
- Develop data-driven innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward capabilities into development pipelines
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption timelines
- Author thought leadership publications and industry keynote presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (VCs, startups, academia)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) highly desirable
