Your work will directly shape our product roadmap, investment priorities, and long-term growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global macro-trends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts through 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation and market positioning
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and strategic recommendations for executive decision-making
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational progress against strategic foresight objectives
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic roadmapping methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to synthesize complex insights into executive-ready narratives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, CFP) or advanced degree in strategic studies preferred
- Track record of successfully implementing future-oriented strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
