As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and venture partners to transform futuristic concepts into actionable strategies. Your insights will directly impact product development, market expansion, and sustainable growth initiatives spanning AI, biotechnology, and quantum computing domains.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future visions into MVP prototypes
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with startups, academia, and policy bodies
- Present executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in next-gen technologies
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in strategic planning cycles
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation analysts through knowledge-sharing programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or industry journals
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Validated experience building innovation ecosystems across multiple sectors
