Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantum Computing with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in launching tech products with 3+ years horizon planning
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks, quantum algorithms, and synthetic biology
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight certification required

- Demonstrated success securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
