Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Design Thinking
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-shaping projects
